Women’s Institute at Bergen Community College Bringing Career Mentors to Women in Need

HACKENSACK, N.J. – The Women’s Institute at Bergen Community College will host several career mentoring opportunities for women who wish to develop their professional skills in diverse industries such as real estate, technology, retail and food service.  The free-of-charge “Career Mentoring Sessions” will take place throughout the year at Bergen Community College’s Philip Ciarco Jr. Learning Center in Hackensack.

“The Institute empowers women by providing the opportunity to build new skills utilizing education and partnerships to become more influential and stronger contributors to the local community,” explains Dean Sandra Sroka, Bergen Community College Hackensack.

Registration is now available for the following sessions held from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at 355 Main Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601; there is no charge to attend and parking is complimentary.  Session schedule:

• November 18, 2013 – “Women and Real Estate”
