ENA PO-PO” LUE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION DEADLINE (Deadline Extension)
Opportunity For Women Returning To School

This award is provided through the Bergen Community College’s Women’s Institute to a female community member who exhibits the need to return to school for additional training and education in order to secure employment. This $500 scholarship can be used for Continuing Education or a degree program at Bergen Community College. This is an essay based competition, with submissions of 500 words or less. Candidates must exhibit financial need and describe employment goals. Bergen County residency is not required.
TO BE AWARDED FOR FALL 2012/SPRING 2013 SEMESTERS

Application submission deadline has been extended to January 15, 2012

The Women’s Institute offers the Mentor Program to assist women in their journey to professional and personal growth and success.  The Mentor Program is part of the Women’s Institute’s outreach initiative to introduce women to leadership opportunities in the community.  Experienced volunteer professionals serve as mentors in a monthly series of two-hour mentoring sessions offered free of charge on the College’s main campus in Paramus.
